Abstract :
Poland is the key nation in Central´s Europe map as it not just the biggest country but it has been added to the European Union group 4 years ago and it has big goals to accomplish as a new economy in transition that is receiving financial help from developed European parties. In the Energy field Poland is getting large investments coming from Spain as it is receiver of the 10% of Joint Implementation Spanish budget. Poland´s renewable energy market has a great potential that has called the attention of important Spanish companies. Moreover, these companies will have an incentive to invest in emissions reductions in Poland as Spain´s only option to accomplish CO2 emissions goal of Kyoto Protocol is through Flexible mechanisms.
