  • Abstract
We propose a method to organize the list of services of the instruments which compose a distributed intelligent automated production system. The method rests on a descendant approach. We suppose that the global system is described by the external model we have defined. This model rests on two notions: the notion of services and the notion of user operating modes. From the description of a service at level n+1 which defines its implementation on the basis of the services offered by its resources on level n, we provide the organisation of lower instruments. The method is iterated up to the lowest level of the field devices
