  • Abstract
A human organization is composed of actors (knowledge processor) that process knowledge to accomplish the organization´s mission. The continuously changing environment of the organizations induce greater demand for effective organizational learning (knowledge coherency building) process. In this paper we present: the topological distribution of organizational knowledge; the knowledge coherency building process in organizations; and three associated knowledge building processes which include knowledge introduction, knowledge construction and knowledge destruction. A case of an aircraft manufacturer introducing a new material technology is presented
