Abstract :
Experience method, lacking of a correct theoretical guidance, is central in the application of pass designing practice. Through analysis of the mechanism of cold forming, dynamic model based on stress strain is establishing. The impact factors, which are difficult to establish a mathematical expression, are tranformed into information. Based on it, theory system of Agent is established, which combines theory research with practice engineering. The dynamic model is used to guide the pass design in actual roller.
