Abstract
TMN has focussed primarily on interworking between operators and between systems and networks. It does not currently help in the implementation of system solutions for network and service management internal to an operator. BT has developed a process and systems framework to assist in the design, development and procurement of operational support systems solutions for the management of its services and networks. The framework is comprehensive in considering all processes and all functions and data within network and service management
