Abstract :
We present the interferometric detection of antibody binding using high-speed spinning-disk interferometry in the Bragg sideband of a dielectric disc in a BioCD format, enabling 4-channel detection through independent in-line, phase-contrast, light-scattering and fluorescence channels.
