Abstract :
On the basis of describing the production technology of ferroalloy electric furnace and the principle of bag filter, a online controlling system was designed using PLC as control core and WINCC industrial control configuration software as operation interface according to the relation of production technology, dust amount and temperature. Speed regulation was realized by controlling inverter of fan motor with temperature monitoring points. The results show that the built online controlling system based on PLC has good dedusting effect and meets the qualification of energy conservation and environmental protection by introducing the frequency conversion technology.
