  • Abstract
    The Worldwide Intelligent Network (WIN) group is studying and developing robust network operation and traffic control techniques to realize international dynamic routing. So far, the WIN group has developed the TMN based interface specification for an exchange of routing information among WIN systems at each telecommunication administration (TA). This paper describes the TMN based traffic management data exchange architecture, WIN system implementations and evaluation of the data exchange performance
