Abstract :
In two-axis turntable system, the friction torque, unbalance torque and other nonlinear disturbances influence the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor control systems greatly. This paper presents a nonlinear integral sliding mode control method, which can avoid the problems of weak robustness and poor dynamic responses of two-axis turntable system. This approach performs better in tracking accuracy than the traditional sliding mode control and PID method in the permanent magnet synchronous motor control systems. The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach are reliable according to the experimental results from the two-axis turntable system.
