  • Abstract
A method for the design automation of integrated operational amplifiers using a fixed-topology scheme is presented. A graphical user interface has been developed for PowerDesign which can be used for the existing and future designs. Six different Operational Transconductance Amplifiers have been designed and automated in PowerDesign. A fully-differential switched-capacitor common-mode feedback OTA was designed using the tool, and fabricated in a 0.8 μm BiCMOS process. The simulation and testing results are provided
