    A BiCMOS high-Q 10.7 MHz SC bandpass filter has been realized using double-sampled finite-gain-compensated SC integrators. With low-power op amps and large capacitors the power consumption is 16 mW, the inband noise density is 380 nV/√(Hz) and the dynamic range is about 68 dB for a 3% IM
