Abstract :
The performance of an indoor asynchronous DS-CDMA system was investigated. The analysis focuses on spreading sequences. In particular, we compare some known sequences, characterised by particular correlation properties, with other sequences constructed by using a concatenation technique. The concatenation effect is to make the statistics of the values of the even and the odd correlation functions similar and converging towards low values, thus keeping low the multi-user interference and obtaining good BER performance
