Abstract :
This paper presented a data transform algorithms which can transform data from time domain to spatial domain. By the means of this algorithms, displacement signal outputted by time grating an absolute displacement sensor can be transformed into another signal sampled by equal space interval, so the time property of signal can be transformed into the spatial property of mechanical motion. With Fourier Transformation in spatial domain, the result of measurement can be applied for transmission error testing of machine tool. The practical results prove highly effective when this data transform algorithms is applied in some special occasions such as transmission chain of machine tool.
