Enhancement of TINA platform access using WAP

Abstract :
It is expected that the TINA architecture will play an important role in providing innovative services in the future. However, the customer has to install the DPE in his terminal devices while accessing these services, since all TINA services have to run on top of the DPE. We present a framework for accessing the TINA platform with WAP, which can relieve the customer of installing the DPE in his terminal devices. In addition, the Dutch service implemented under this framework is elaborated
