  • Abstract
    The large spinneret will be deformed after repeated using and the surface of it will become unsmooth, so the CCD can not acquire clear capillary image, then the automatic inspection system makes an error measurement. By increasing the number of auto-focus, we put forward two improved methods of inspecting the large spinneret. According to the methods, automatic inspection system can acquire the clear image of capillary on the unsmooth surface. At the same time, it can measure the capillary accurately and rapidly. During the inspection process, the improved methods solve the problem of high error measurement rate that caused by the unsmooth surface and enhance the measurement accuracy of spinneret automatic inspection system.
