Abstract
It has been quantified the uncertainty level with relative confidence level in the two cases of n successive observation and of the sum of n successive observation using Student, Chi-square and F distributions. The solution of a practical example, with the help of three software simulations for the different distributions, will testify the validity of the proposed approach. The reference documents for this paper are always the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) and its Supplement 1 [3].
