Abstract :
This paper describes the concept of social learning, analysis the characteristics of social learning, and discusses the Learning Decentralization and its impact of training department of the organization, proposed the "Training as a service "concept, from the point of view on learning theory, discuss the deep reason of how social learning increase the effectiveness of study; Then, from a sociological point of view, this article discusses the advantages of the enterprise to create social study circles and promote the informal learning.
