Abstract :
Study the causes of submarine pipeline failure and divide into two types, human and natural factors, establish the submarine pipeline failure accident tree. Combine the experts´ judgments and fuzzy algorithm to calculate the probability of elementary event. In the course of qualitative analysis, 26 minimum cuts are found out. The results of quantitative analysis indicate that the probability of submarine pipeline failure is 0.2197 and the conclusion of risk ranking is in accord with the qualitative analysis.
