Abstract :
A Bayesian method is applied in making-decision process when the tactical information dissemination management´s accessing to the available communication network resources in terms of the requirements of end-users and various application systems. This Bayesian-based decision-making process can converge rapidly and improve the efficiency of information dissemination by adjusting the tactical communication network resources and services according the available resources in cases where false detections/identifications are not allowed.
