Abstract :
Blades are the basic elements of the impeller, the only device of wind turbines for energy. In Chinese wind farms, the most commonly used blades are of three-blade structure. With the popularity of wind power market, the operating environment has been covered by a low-temperature, moisture, high salt spray, sand and other situations, accompanied by the occurrence of blade breakage, which does not only cause the huge economic losses but also directly affects the availability of the unit. So it is necessary to have the correct understanding of the causes of the blades fracture and to process the pretreatment. The following is the analysis of the actual breakage of the running blade.
