Abstract :
The human resource is one of the determining factors which the enterprises realize production operation goal, and the important force which the society realizes the economic development and humanity´s progressive. The science reasonable achievements appraisal system is the important basis which the enterprise formulates the human resources strategy and effectively implement human resources management. This article used the questionnaire survey procedure and referred to the related literature to summarize a representative staff achievements evaluating indicator system, has carried on the thorough investigation to 20 enterprises in Jinan, Dezhou and Zibo, utilized the factor analytic method of SPSS to carry on these factors analysis, shorted many factors which affected the staff achievements to several comprehensive ingredients, thus carried on the human resources development and the management for the enterprise provides a simple valuable method.
