Design of Discriminant Model on Enterprise´s Life Cycle

The article builds the quantitative identified model of enterprise´s life cycle stage based on the five-scale, and has fuzzy math as the study tool, has P, A, E, I as the four main elements. First of all, it analyses the subordinations of P, A, E, I, recognizes the stages of enterprise´s life cycle by fuzzy mathematics, builds subordinations model of single-factor based on the five-scale. Second, it builds PAEI model of multi-factor based on single-factor. Finally, it identifies HBC´s current life cycle stage.
