Abstract :
The paper think that construction land expansion result from the development of social economic and the growth of population in the overall land use planning, and contain quantity increased and spatial configuration optimal. Based on the analysis, this paper construct an optimal allocation statistical model with two sub-models, one is to forecast the quantity of construction land required; another is to configure the land spatial distribution optimally based on transform potential, where weights acquired by adaptive Monte Carlo approach to reduce subjectivity. At last, we do experience in Changjiang Hainan province, which shows that itpsilas feasible and valuable to optimal allocation of construction land by this model.
