Abstract :
A new class of sets and their properties are discovered. When the sets are time-varying then the problem of the necessary and sufficient conditions for their continuity rises, which is solved in the paper. Besides, their application to the analysis of non-linear systems shown in the paper yields new criteria for positive invariance of time-varying sets, attraction and asymptotic stability of the equilibirium state of the non-stationary non-linear systems.
