Abstract :
This paper shows that a transistor circuit can possess infinitely many solutions on the assumption that V-I curves of each nonlinear resistors have positive first and second derivatives. This result does not necessarily assert that a real transistor circuit may possess infinitely many solutions, but it seems to clarify some properties on the number of solutions
