Abstract
The rapid investigation and accurate evaluation of seismic disaster is the basis of rescue decision. Remote sensing technique can plays an important role in the earthquake disaster assessment. The actual experience has shown that the change detection among several remote sensing images before and after earthquake, can improve the accuracy and efficiency of damage identification [1]. This paper, takes radar images on Wenchuan, where a strong earthquake occurred, as the object of study and compares the feature change of SAR images before and after the earthquake. This work need to determine a suitable registration algorithm, to research the key technologies of earthquake damage change detection and explore the method of multimode SAR earthquake damage information extraction [2].
