Abstract :
This paper presents a rational inspection procedure which can be applied to the digraph of the coefficient matrix of a reducible linear system in order to identify groups of parameters whose arbitrary variation would have no influence upon any eigenvalues. Such parameters are said to possess Zero Stability Sensitivity. The procedure is useful in accelerating the model building process for socio-industrial systems. It is applied to an 8th order production inventory model.
