Abstract
We discuss a numerical method for solving the nonlinear transmission lines by the frequency-domain perturbation method. To improve the convergence, we introduce two new methods of the compensation and the homotopy techniques, which also help to make the iteration stable. This kind of transmission lines is widely used in the communication circuits such as GaAs integrated circuits, and varactor diode circuits
