  • Abstract
    Effective monitor and control to tension loading, pressure loading, system pressure, temperature, positive stop, travel speed, proportional regulation of hydraulic proportion valve are the preconditions that can ensure force loading system working normally force loading monitor system based on the preconditions is developed. The monitor system takes MITSUBISHI PLC controller as core. As remote part, computer system remote control is realized by RS485 communication. While filed part adopts touch screen communicated by RS232 and wireless control device to achieve the control of solenoid valve, electric motor, proportion valve and transducer and the acquisition of signals of pressure, temperature and torque. System lower computers, remote upper computers and upper computers use MITSUBISHI PLC, LabVIEW and HITECH touch screen to programming, respectively. The test results show that the monitor system can achieve the monitor of field and remote independent control and realize the monitor and control of force loading signals accurately and quickly.
