Abstract :
The paper describes a high speed and robust current mode 16×16 CNN chip with fully programmable 3×3 neighborhood realized in 1.2 μm CMOS. A new idea of a continuous-time analog CNN implementation based on high gain sigmoid function is presented. Measurement results proved efficiency of this implementation
