  • Abstract
    This article uses the 3D GIS technology to improve the situation of Xiaolangdi hydro-junction, in which the database platform, monitoring project and the expert system are isolated island information. With the three dimensional visualization technology carrying on the effective connection among them, it can supply the more direct technology platform for safety monitoring and excavate more valuable information.
