Abstract :
Safety and stability of the Transmitter operating state plays an important role in the television programs broadcast. Real-time monitoring system can help us to master the state of the transmitter. In order to make the transmitting stations monitor the transmitter more automatically and intelligently, this paper designed a transmitting station commanding and dispatching system. The main function of the system is to support the video conference between stations. Based on study of the working principle of RTMFP protocol and combine with ActionScript and Flash Media Server and other technologies, this paper propose a video conferencing solution. Finally, we introduced application method and implementation of the video conference program.
