Abstract :
There are many challenges to transport multimedia traffic over wireless network, because of e.g. bandwidth fluctuation, user mobility and bandwidth resource scarcity. This paper presents management issues how quality of service can be guaranteed when the mobile users are roaming between different wireless networks (WLAN, GPRS, UMTS).
