Abstract :
For comprehending correlations between moving components of hydraulic pile hammer better, research and analyze its movement rule, model four-sect movement characteristic of pile hammer, introduce dimensionless parameters such as ratio of period to falling acceleration time and ratio of maximum rising speed to maximum falling speed, make simulation of system oil supply at different movement parameters, define realizable the minimum oil supply via comparison and analysis, provide energy efficiency research of pile hammer with theoretical foundation.
