  • Abstract
    The structure of urban commerce zone is usually complicated and hard to be governed. Therefore, this paper analyzes every development process of the commerce zone from the view of life cycle evolution, and then determines the governance structure of urban commerce zone from the view of transaction cost of property. Finally the paper makes some relevant proposals.
