Abstract :
The venture success is determined by how the interest subject of venture capital investment measures the feasibility of cooperation and the consequential decision about cooperation. This study analyses the relationship between venture entrepreneur and venture companies, venture capitalist in order to study the basis on which the interest subject makes decision to cooperate in the venture capital investment. Then the cooperative game model of venture investment capital decision was built with the investment quotas and the level of management as decision variables, and venture entrepreneur and venture capitalist as players. Finally, the example calculation verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the model.
