Abstract :
Equipment information needs to be shared and exchanged in the heterogeneous systems. The traditional database did not adapt the new requirement. How to effectively manage the massive XML data is a problem to be solved urgently. The characteristic and advantage of data integration technology based on Native XML Database (NXD) were analyzed. A data management system of the equipment information based on NXD technology was proposed, and the system functions, architecture and key technologies were studied. In paper three primary technologies were discussed: data module, information storage and information interaction. After these research works, heterogeneous data is retrieved more quickly; efficiency of information management is enhanced and the interoperation of information is assured. And at the same time, the most important things are data integration and sharing problems have been effectively solved.
