Abstract :
Compared to the Single-Axes Fiber-optic gyro, The 3-Axes Integrated Fiber-optic gyro is characterized by same accuracy, small size and low power consumption. The development of a small 3-Axes Integrated Fiber-optic gyro is present, The key technology is introduced. light source and digital processing circuit is shared in the system, gyro system employs modularize design, light source module consists of a 1×3 coupler, a SLD light source and control circuits. Three optical circuit modules are mounted on the three orthogonal surfaces respectively. Digital processing module is make up of detector and digital processing circuit. The results from conventional and environmental tests of the prototype show that The 3-Axes Integrated Fiber-optic gyro performance is considerable to the single-Axes Fiber-optic gyro and the temperature performance is well, with good ability of anti-vibration and anti-shock. And it is suitable for mass production. So the 3-Axes Integrated Fiber-optic gyro has a bright future in application.
