Abstract
Battery is a major part of the electric car. Efficient battery management system is one of the key technologies that should be settled by the electric car, for it can not only improve the working life of battery, but also provide a powerful guarantee for the safe operation of electric car. In this paper, a kind of distributed battery management system based on CAN field-bus has been proposed, which can improve the measurement accuracy and consistency of the management system with the integrated application of hardware technology, such as isolation, screening, filtering and sampling, as well as software filter, debug, error correction, etc. aiming at the interfering characteristics during the working process of the battery. The study on SOC prediction method based on the historical data and state information of the battery should be strengthened from the perspective of electricity and electrochemistry, thus to improve the accuracy and reliability of SOC and SOH prediction. The electric car equipped with such system has a test run of 6000 kilometers, and during that period, it is reliable and stable with strong anti-jamming capability, which has improved the service efficiency of power battery.
