Abstract :
Control and measurement system adopts laser emitter as signal source of height control and inclination angle sensor as detecting unit of horizontal control of clear-level robot. After the laser signal is carried through the light filter, and then amplified and modulated, last transmitted to controller. The inclination sensor measures the slope angle of the x and y verticality direction. The two-way signal is processed at intervals, and then transmitted to controller. Laser and inclination angle signal is separately treated. Controller controls the executive part to make clear-level robot work on a leveling plane. The test result shows that the leveling precision of robot reaches ±2.5mm/100 and based on on-line control and measurement system the working parts can always work on the parallel plane to datum plane that is scanned and confirmed by laser emitter and retain ±0.05°with the leveling datum plane.
