Abstract :
A compact, rapidly tunable (282-315 nm), narrow line-width (0.2 nm) Ce:LiCAF laser pumped by the fourth harmonic of a diode-pumped Nd:YLF laser is capable of delivering 1 mJ/pulse at a pulse repetition frequency of 1 kHz.
