Abstract :
The e-textbooks gradually become the future trend of development of textbooks as a new form of learning content presentation. The current existing e-textbooks cannot be customized according to users´ needs. The study is based on the needs of e-textbooks of language learning. I discovered to achieve personalized and customized e-textbooks which is based on EPUB and XML. It accept users to have their own unique content of customized e-textbook. Finally, the article analyzed how to design and develop personalized and customized e-textbooks.
