Abstract :
To overcome the information silos problem in application of multiple manufacturing systems, an integrated system of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) based on DHNN (Discrete Hopfield Neural Networks) evaluation is presented. First, the information needed to be integrated is given, key technologies of database integration were studied, and the data warehouse of these two heterogeneous systems was established. Then the integrated system was evaluated by DHNN method. The evaluation result shows that this integration system is better than ERP or MES and it can improve the efficiency of production in manufacturing enterprise.
