Abstract :
In order to improve the total performance of manufacturing execution system, according to the main characteristics of machining workshop for multi-variety and small batch production, the performance analysis function of manufacturing execution system (MES) is studied, the five principles of constructing index system of performance analysis are put forward, a three-layer treelike index system model of performance analysis is constructed and a comprehensive evaluation model is given.
