Abstract
Preliminary results on the feasibility of adaptive control of wing/store flutter are described. A new method for selecting sensor combinations for the flutter control problem is presented. An identifiability study shows that adaptation is feasible within the time available and with realistic environmental and test input data. Three adaptive concepts are proposed for possible implementation in this application.
