Abstract
The physical education in the school is to enable students to obtain complete health concepts and establish healthy behaviors by physical education teaching, and lay the foundation of an important educational form for lifelong health. In this paper, we study all aspects of the teaching content, teaching methods, implementation strategies, teacher training, quality control, education and evaluation for implementing mental health in physical education and construct the developmental physical education model integrated knowledge, belief and practice. This model has theoretical significance for the infiltration of the mental health education in physical education, and can improve the mental health state of the students. Furthermore, the methods to cultivate teachers and evaluate curriculum have been studied as well.
