At present, the college foreign language teaching reform has developed in the whole nation. Application of modern education technology in college English teaching has become a trend. Taking Henan Institute of Science and Technology as the example and adopting computer network and multimedia based college English teaching reform as the basis, the article puts forward the innovated college English teaching mode and its supporting correlation model, and elaborates the construction of foreign language experimental teaching center based on modern education technology.
