Title :
BAND Sensor for BioDefense
Author_Institution :
SAIC, USA
Abstract :
SAIC´s BAND sensor is an automated system for collecting and analyzing urban air samples to detect airborne biological threats. Microbial threat detection uses highly-multiplexed PCR with microarray fluorescence readout. Toxin detection employs an antibody assay.
