Abstract :
For characteristics of medium-sized motor packing materials, a finite element model can be built up by analyzing the stress and strain in the global coordinate of packing materials according to Hooke´s law. A finite element analysis of frame structure of packing boxes can be proceeded by ANSYS, the magnitude and distribution of bearing stress in dropping condition can be got according to loading to packing boxes model in the actual circulation environment. And an evidence can be provided to the research of the packing cases of middle sized motor design and hoisting security by analyzing the framework.
