Abstract :
The TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method using entropy weight is presented for performance evaluation of after-sales service providers (ASPs) of automobile company. The selection of performance criteria and implementation steps of the TOPSIS method in automobile after-sales service management system are presented. Application on an example demonstrates feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
